Terms of Service

You may use nagu only if you can form a binding agreement and only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, connected mailboxes, and the actions taken from your authenticated session.

nagu needs the permissions described in the Privacy Policy to sync mail, show threads, classify messages, label or archive messages on your behalf, and send drafts you approve. You can disconnect a connected account through the product or by contacting support.

AI features can classify messages, prepare briefs, summarize threads, and draft replies. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing drafts, summaries, labels, and suggested actions before relying on them.

• Sending mail always requires your approval.
• Drafts are suggestions until you edit, approve, or discard them.
• Reversible actions such as archive or label may be automated or suggested according to product settings.

Do not use nagu to violate law, send spam, harass people, infringe rights, bypass security, interfere with the service, or process data you do not have permission to access. We may suspend or limit access to protect users, the service, providers, or legal obligations.

You keep ownership of your email content. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, sync, classify, summarize, search, and draft from that content solely to provide and protect the service.

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, plan limits, and feature availability may change, but we will not charge you without your authorization. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

The service is provided as available and without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for provider outages, email delivery failures outside our control, or decisions you make based on AI-generated or automated content.
